I operate a lot of my business from my home base. However, I do not always want business mail to be sent to my home address. The Commerce House mail box service enables me to realise this requirement. I have an individual mail box for the business, which can only be accessed to remove the mail using my own key. This provides security for my mail and gives a more “business like” profile for my business (i.e. instead of using a residential address).

As a new business we have rented an office at the Commerce House and moved in to this in January 2012. The office is warm and bright and well furnished for our needs. A manned reception, phone, electric, broadband/internet connection is included in the rental so the only added expense is phone calls. The service we receive includes a call diversion facility to reception when we are absent from the office. This has the advantage that all calls are answered personally, rather than an answer machine, and as messages are taken and relayed directly to one of our mobiles we need never miss a business opportunity. Customer care is excellent, since moving in we have received lots of help and support from the team to help us settle in and in setting up our office technology which is so important for business today. If one of the team cannot help with a query, or problem, they will ensure that assistance is forthcoming as soon as possible. We cannot fault the premises or the service that we have received.
